INDIA - AFGHANISTAN: War and Friendship

The past week was by all accounts a momentous one, as no less a person than former Pakistani President and former Chief of the Army Staff, Gen (Ret'd) Pervez Musharraf, assertively disclosed what has been a 'no-go' area for India's mainstream media and the otherwise hyper-ventilating broadcast media thus far: that India's Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) has, since 2002, waged a highly successful covert war against Pakistan by actively rendering all kinds of financial assistance to Balochistan-based separatists. But mind you, such covert warfare has not been waged by the Research & Analysis Wing (RAW), but by the tri-services DIA and Afghanistan's Riyast-i-Amniyat-i-Milli, and in addition to his routine assignment as India's Defence Adviser at the Embassy in Kabul, Brigadier Ravi Datt Mehta was officially dolling out huge financial assistance as ordered by the DIA to the Baloch separatists as and when required. For the past one year such activities being undertaken by the DIA were, in fact, openly discussed by both serving and retired senior military officials at both the Armed Forces Gymkhana and the United Services Institution within the National Capital Region. It, therefore, did not come as a great surprise to South Block when Brig Mehta was specifically targeted for assassination by the Pakistan Army's Peshawar-based 324 Military Intelligence Battalion . This in many ways is reminiscent of the era ranging from the mid-1980s and early 1990s during which RAW had succeeded in gaining the trust of what would later morph into the Northern Alliance.

In fact, by 1986, despite India's official recognition of the then Soviet-backed Afghan regime led by Dr Najibullah, India had begun extending medical assistance to the guerrilla forces led by the legendary leader Ahmad Shah Massoud and as a consequence of this, one wing of the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) was completely cordoned off by South Block and it was there that all those Mujahideen wounded in battle while fighting the Soviets under Massoud's leadership received the urgent medical attention that they deserved. So impressed was the Northern Alliance by India's humanitarian assistance that this relationship, at first opportunity, got elevated to a higher level when, in the early 1990s after the breakup of the USSR, the Northern Alliance succeeded in securing Tajikistan's approval for an Indian Army-run field hospital to be established at Farkhor.

DELHI BOMB BLAST - 13 SEPTEMBER 2008

So the eunuchs have stuck in Delhi and killed innocent people and as usual our leaders are even bigger eunuchs. They have lost all moral decency and are clinging on. The leader of the pack is Shivraj Patil - the Marathi manoos of Raj Thackery, followed by P.C Halder and tons of other like laloo, Aloo and Balu. I get shocked when i think that this is the same seat on which my ideal and idol Sardar Patel used to sit. This is the same marathi manoos that Raj Thackery wants to defend. This is my problem with such issues, you are deviating from the core issues. Our nation is under threat and we need to to fight it together. Mr Patil, get out of the ministry and get lost to Italy and enjoy the favours of the pope. Your heart cried when kadamal burnt and you have no tears when Indian's were killed in Delhi. People who were killed were Indian and not Hindus, Muslim's, etc. For the sake of India, get out of the ministry and the bureau and allow new people to run them. Open up the intelligence services to common men and women of India, throw IPS officers out of the IB and recruit ordinary citizen who have a caliber to understand the terrorists. Recruit people from all sections of the society where the criteria is their caliber and not the person being a marathi manoos or kashmiri manoos or kerala manoos.

Also simultaneously hunt down the laloos and aloos who visit the Abu Bashir's of India and stop police from doing their duty. Hunt down the Raj Thackery, Abu Azmi and the Raza Murad's of this world who want to destroy India and its ethos, who think that they can cook their political roti's over the lives of people killed. Hunt down the people who take as little as Rs 700/- and provide bangladeshi's the false identity papers when they land up in India. Hunt down the Mohammad Azam Khan's and Mohd. Shabuddin's who are the listed I.S.I agents in the books of Intelligence agencies. Hunt down each and everyone, even if one has to do house to house search or crack down that we ask our security forces to do in the Kashmir valley.

Remember that we are the third biggest sufferer of terror attacks after Iraq and Afghanistan. Time now is to hunt down one and all who do such killings.

p.s - I have seen some new comments that someone calling himself/herself as anonymous. A lot of garbage has been written in the same and I will soon respond to that person. Again like previous times and true to a Kashmiri's mindset, a lot of rumours have been used to create this response. Half truths and full lies are being used to write responses to this and other blogs and newspaper article. I will respond point to point but right now just too troubled with the blasts.

Indian Bomb Blast – July 2008 (Ahmedabad – Bangalore)

First let me give you 25 facts today: What we need to do now will follow later.

1. There were 12 major jihadi attacks when NDA was in power from early-1998 to mid-2004. Of these, three resulted in heavy casualties: The massacre at Chamba on August 8, 1998 (35 killed); the fidayeen attack on Akshardham temple on September 24, 2002 (32 killed); and, the bombings in Mumbai near Gateway of India and Zaveri Bazaar on August 25, 2003 (52 killed).
   
   There have been many more jihadi attacks of greater severity between June 2004 and July 2008. The bombings in Delhi on October 29, 2005, resulted in 62 deaths; the blasts at Sankat mochan Mandir and Varanasi Railway Station on March 7, 2006, left 21 people dead; the commuter train bombings in Mumbai on July 11, 2006, claimed 209 lives; the Malegaon bombings of September 8, 2006, killed 40 people; the bombing of the Delhi-Atari special train killed 68 passengers; the bombings in Hyderabad on August 25, 2007, killed 44 people. The May 13, 2008 bombings in Jaipur killed 82 people. In the past 24 hours, more than 30 people have been killed in the Bangalore and Ahmedabad bombings. I have also not kept the Kabul bombings in this list.

2. There has been no conviction of any perpetrator in any of the blast since June 2004.

3. These blasts have not targeted any significant Indian political personality.

4. We Indians have been transformed to being a Race of people whose spirit the secular media glorifies as Salaam Mumbai, then Salaam Jaipur, then Salaam Bangalore and so on. By Salaam I mean that after every blast we boast of the ability of our bombed out cities of spring back, giving our politician who are the “Kumbakarans” of today, their much needed hibernation.

5. The most disgusting human alive, Mr. Shivraj Patil, who also happens to be Madam’s Chaperone is sitting in the same room and on the same chair as a legend like Sardar Patel has.

6. As per our secular politicians it is Mr. Pervez Mushraff and his tribe of ISI people and not the Indian Muslims who plan, manufacture, transport and execute this plan. Our Muslims citizens do not provide the ISI people (who come with their own survival kit) any local logistical support and thus have no role to play. They are being unnecessarily targeted in this by the communal parties.

7. As per our secular terrorists, there is only one God and that is Allah who can provide you succour and hope in all this. All other Hindu gods are not real and thus have no basis for prayers.

8. As per IUML and MIM parties which are a hallmark for being secular, BJP is a communal party. In other words Muslim can never be communal but it is BJP who is winning seats on a pan India basis is communal. This also means that people who support BJP are communal, i.e. the Indian who votes for BJP like people of Gujarat, are communal.

9. Mr. Narendra Modi who has been thrice elected the chief Minister of Gujarat in the most minutely observed elections and who has not been tainted directly by any court of the country is still criminal. The two courts, the Judiciary and the people’s court are valid for all secular people like IUML, MIM and Mr. Abdul Madani of Coimbatore blast case but it is not valid for Mr. Narendra Modi who will continue to face a kangaroo court trial by the secular Media and Ms. Teesta Seetalward of Secular NGO’s fame.

10. In any constituency Muslim percentage of Voting is 80% while Hindu percentage of votes generally remains below 40%. Even Muslim women who are not allowed any freedom as far as working or even travelling alone is concerned, are ordered to stand in queues and vote to keep a secular India alive. Please ask any polling official if you feel this is untrue.

11. IPS is Indian Pimp service and their cadre’s are best in sending excellent quality of girls and liquor to their master’s (politicians) to either get a promotion or take a plum posting.

12. The Job of all intelligence gathering, infiltrating and liquidating any terrorist cell has been left to either the constabulary or at best the sub inspector levels in the police. The IPS officers will at best make power point presentations to prove their anti terrorist skills.

13. In the last 1 month the role of Intelligence Bureau was limited to sending their Joint Director in a special Indian Air Force communication squadron flight to ferry Ms. Mehbooba Mufti from Srinagar to New Delhi to vote for the UPA.

14. The role of Mr. M.K Narayanan our beloved N.S.A has been reduced from being a security czar to becoming a paid dalal of Mr. Singh is King.

15. The Director R&AW Mr. A Chaturvedi happens to be the relative of the previous cabinet secretary Mr. B Chaturvedi who shamelessly sat through the meeting of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet in which Mr. A Chaturvedi’s name was being propped up for the post of secretary (R). I will not pay you any money for guessing as to who was made the Director R&AW after that A.C.C meeting.

16. In one of the main stations (where the May 2008 blast took place) of an Intelligence agency, there are 12 officers and 24 vehicle’s (from 4x4 multi axial trucks to common cars) to transport them. The reason for this ratio was that the station being a famous tourist destination in North India had to concede to a number of requests by touring VIP and their relatives and for that they needed to keep their “Adam fit”.

17. Our language skills of our SIGNALINT people can be gauged by this story. When the famous match fixing case was being tracked, one suspect spoke of paying money to some Mr. Robinson who to our SIGNALINT people and also their seniors seemed to be ROBIN SINGH. No collaborative checks were carried out before releasing Robin Singh’s name to the media and he was condemned till the time he was able to prove that he was not even around when all this was taking place.

18. There are hardly two Muslim officers and no women in the officer’s setup which handle operations in Intelligence Bureau.

19. The gap in lethality and results delivery of honey traps set by Indian Intelligence agencies and their counterparts in U.S, U.K or even China can be gauged by the fact that we are use professional prostitutes whereas all other successful agencies use their in house talents for the job. No prizes again for guessing who delivers better results.

20. Most R&AW officer cadre staff on foreign mission postings use their security assistants as orderly and cooks and not eye men or in other operational support duties.

21. The moral of R&AW staff is at the lowest with key players having left the organisation prematurely citing disgust at workings of the top level officers. So much for Mr. R N Kao and his dream of creating an unrivalled Secret Service.

22. R.A.S was originally called as R&AW service but is these days called as Relatives and Sons service. Please click on this link to know how MI6 recruit their staff (http://www.sis.gov.uk/output/Page583.html) and no one knows how the sons and relatives are recruited in R&AW. The word accountability does not exist in the Indian Intelligence services.

23. Forget anything else; officially R&AW does not exist. For whom I want to know, I think the Chinese do not know that the honey traps they are setting on our officers at the foreign missions are innocent visa and consular officers. Have you heard the story of the Pigeon in midst of cats who closes his eyes when he sees danger to his survival? See No evil.

24. The progress on the report of the Kargil Review Committee has been 10% completed. Which 10% would you be guessing has been accomplished, let me tell you: the creation of additional officer level posts in New Delhi has been first accomplished, the rest can follow later (we are just 9 years since we won the war).
